Grateful Kids 5 Day Challenge


Gratitude is such a powerful tool, especially when we are going through hard times. When we express gratitude daily, we notice more of the good things in our lives. Our kids have had a lot of changes in their lives lately, and they may be struggling with feelings of sadness about the things they have sacrificed. They may also have fear about the things going on around them. Gratitude is a perfect way to help them to improve their thoughts, mood, and see the beauty in the world around them, despite the hard things happening.


This 5 day challenge teaches children about gratitude and how to use it in their daily lives. Lesson plans, games, and activities are included.

Lessons are designed to only take 10 minutes per day.

Daily practice of gratitude has many benefits, including:

  • Decreased feelings of fear and sadness.
  • Decrease in stress hormones.
  • More positive thoughts.
  • Increased feeling of safety in the world.
